THE COMPLETE CHECKLIST FOR ABACO

This list includes all birds reliably recorded as sighted on Abaco or in Abaco waters since about 1950. The latest inclusion was the Black-browed Albtross observed from a Marine Mammal Research Vessel in Summer 2013.

To the list can now be added a new species, the Black-bellied Whistling Duck Dendrocygna autumnalis, of which up to 7 individuals were seen and photographed at various locations in June 2014
